How long after ordering will I receive my product?
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders will take between 1 - 3 days after fulfilment. We do not deliver on Sundays. We fulfil orders same day and they are collected next day by Royal Mail. As a small business on rare occasions we may be short staffed where orders within the UK will take 5-10 working days. 


Are payments secure?
Yes all payments are secure with SSL security through Shopify payments. In addition your payments are secured through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We are a UK Limited Company.


Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.


Where do you ship?
We provide free shipping to the UK and internationally. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please email us at: contact@aryaanstraps.com


Can I make changes to my order?
Please email our team at: contact@aryaanstraps.com and we’ll see what we can do for you based on the stage of your order. If your order has not been dispatched we can usually update and change straps if required. We’re unable to cancel any orders that have been fulfilled.


Can I get an invoice?
You will be supplied with full details upon order. Should you require a full business invoice then please contact our support department.


What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day guarantee. If your strap isn't perfect, get in touch and we can arrange a return and refund.


I’ve not received my delivery - what do I do?
You should contact Royal Mail first, using the tracking number and they will be able to locate your package but if not give us a shout and we will assist you to find it and get it delivered.


I received the package but it is damaged - what happens now?
Please contact us and we will be able to assist.
